Is limb damage a thing? Is it somehow part of what you've already told us? I can see blunt force to bodyparts causing muscular and/or internal damage, and can imagine related afflictions that fit your model (something like limping) as well, but I don't see room for :
'well, my left arm is screwed, but my legs are great'
Except for something like: 'well I have a lot of muscular damage and the tennis elbow affliction, plus a corked forearm'.

BEASTs can do limb damage, but all limb damage is fixed numbers, rather than based on the max health of the opponent, like, say, Achaea.
