I'm trying really hard to get over the fact there's no seek/farsee/etc but I can definitely see the pvp implications of just running a few rooms away and resetting the whole fight over and over because you can't find each other.

I'd say its functional for chatting/light bashing. Dont go anywhere hardcore, do incursions, cosmpiercers, or pvp and you should be fine.

Definitely because you bash grouped. Go to an easy area for your level (maybe 5 under) solo and bash for 30 mins for an easy 2k marks.

I think this could alternatively be solved by moving the stance change (and therefore rage window) closer to the battle flow ability. -
I am assuming artefact weapons and maybe armors will be available that maintain your level and an appropriate power level, and you'll just need to actively get mods. This is just speculation though.
