PVP mechanics and becoming stuck

I'm not 100% sure on this so feel free to supply details if I'm wrong. But from what I can tell, there appears to be some design oversights on pvp and becoming stuck.

Under the current design, it seems like it is possible to be cloned onto a station you cannot leave due to faction guards being present. And similarly if your ship is on that station, it would become completely unreachable.

One solution could be a way to have a player's clone location moved to Omni (for example, if you die in enemy territory), and some way to have your ship transferred to Omni as well. I don't really mind one way or another, but I don't think allowing players to become stuck via these mechanics is a good idea..
