I'm torn. KISS makes me want to say just force the room type into the person's title. So, I'm making a sexbot bar, and the room title command has a check for "sexbot bar" (or "sexbot" and "bar") in it.
On the other hand, I could get behind a system where I build a sexbot bar which sets the default room title to "Sexbot Bar". I pay architect Bob for his Wild West sexbot bar theme that adds some furniture like a solid oak bar and stool while also changing the title to "A rustic western sexbot bar." If you throw that in a trade skill, it's still a way to basically set a custom title that has to go through approvals.
