each wheel spin costs $10 (roughly without the bulk discounts)
each gives you a single item or credits. Mostly it just lands on items even after repeated attempts to spin the outer.
you get a single item whose value is similar to the $5 parcels from last month. not sure how this is fair in comparison.
perhaps others have had better experiences
