Hide Spoken Dialogues from Quest NPCs

There was a confusion among players who I was with when we were trying to talk with the NPCs. One of them thought they had to start the quest over again because the NPC was repeating things for the other players. I can see why the developers want to make this seem like a living, breathing world for other players to hear what the NPC is saying to someone else. But personally I think this is spamming and might also have spoilers for new players who haven't proceeded further yet. I propose that the dialogues be kept private between NPC and player, except in Crews.

  • Along this same vein, mobs who talk and/or emote when attacked (hi, cosmpiercer guards) are really unfun. One round in combat and they've filled up my whole screen with "baddest motherfuckers in the galaxy" et al.
