Afflictions

Anyone know what any of these do yet?

Things like weakened arms/legs, or damaged arm/leg.

Also, how do you cure them? What are their interactions with npcs? Do they get affected by them at all?

    You can get more info on these in HELP AFFLICTIONS, AFFLICTION LIST, and AFFLICTION SHOW <name>

    Wetwiring cures afflictions, many are also on a timer.

    Mobs can indeed be afflicted, and the effect on mobs is higher than on players (4x higher subsystem damage, that is), to encourage more diverse strategies.
