I'm stuck. How do I unstuck?

My character (croxis) just finished the tutorial and was at a space port being attacked by slavers when I had to bail on the game. I logged bck in and I am stuck on the bridge of a ship with  medical bot and no obvious exits. I'm on quest 178 and very new to MUDS. Thanks for any help!

I'm going to piggyback off this thread and say I died in the Subcity drains and can't do anything, including use Newbie or issue me or message. Anytime I try entering a command it tells me "Your clone is in the process of being prepared for you. Please be patient."
