crash quest

after crashing the game today, my quest broke "scrub the Ship " . I am stuck , command rescue invalid , command RETITLE SHIP fhvgccy invalid .i can't get out. before the crash of the game, i passed this quest and come back. and then it brought me back after crashing the game .Help me what to do? I don't want to create a new character.
