Password reset not working?

When I created an account yesterday, my password manager (LastPass) for some reason didn't save the password it generated, so I can't login again.

The password reset ( https://starmourn.com/game/recover ) doesn't seem to work - I don't receive an email, and I don't get a message (error or otherwise) after submitting - it just reloads the same form again.

My character name was 'jinfu', email 'starmourn' - [at] - fireartist - DOT - com

Any chance of either a password reset being sent manually, or the account being deleted, so I can start again?

[edit] I noticed my UBlock Origin addon (firefox) was blocking trackers from 3 domains. I tried creating a new profile, with no addons, and without tracking protection enabled - it didn't appear to make any difference.

  • I also tried to reset my password using the https://www.starmourn.com/game/recover page with a similar result.
    (This was after failing to log in with a character I created on the 15th December with the password I thought I had noted down correctly.)
  • I had this issue myself, but I was able to get logged in again by using the password I set in all lowercase. Something about it converted my capitals down. Worth a shot at least.

  • Same here. I tried DoranKhade's lowercase trick and that isn't working for me, either. I can log into the game just fine, as well as the forums (obviously), but not starmourn.com for some reason.

  • I was able to log in with DoranKhade's lowercase trick (with just the letters lowercase and other shifted characters unchanged.) Thanks DoranKhade.
