Hi everybody! I'm Argus, a tiny feracht with a rather dashing bowtie. Check this out:
In what we believe is an unprecedented contest, we are offering an opportunity for one lucky player to win the chance to work alongside myself (and any other STs who may be interested) to create a playable area that will be a permanent feature in lore. That's right! A whole area with quests, things to hunt, denizens to interact with, and lore material inspired by YOU.
Here's what you need to submit:
1. A summary about your area. Who lives there? Why does it exist? What lore elements are you connecting? What MIL player would use this area?
2. Three huntable mobs in the area - What are they, what do they look like, and what do their attacks look like?
3. One idea for a quest in this region.
4. One mob shop or service in the area that players will be able to frequent.
Submissions should be submitted as a pastebin file or google doc - anything that allows me to access it via a link. All submissions will be due by sync on JANUARY 16TH, 2022. In addition to my other projects, I am personally volunteering my time to work alongside whichever creative folk are excited to dive in on this with us and make your vision a reality. We know our players are the best and most creative minds around - Don't let me down, folks!
Participants may be someone with strong RP looking to leave a mark, someone who wants to be considered for an ST position, or just someone with a really creative idea they'd like to bring to fruition. Whatever your motivation, we want you and your ideas to be a contributing force to the incredible world of Starmourn!
