    How do you install these in Mudlet?

    Download them from the releases section on github then use the "Package Manager" to import them.

    Just checking here before I put too much work into it myself... has anyone happened to update STELLAR for the new SHIP BEACON output?

    No worries! I think it's just a regex tweak, but that kind of thing makes my head hurt looking at it.
