Re: Artifact Ideas
I also like to have my II not be multiple pages long (especially when I'm playing secretly at work and have the client in a tiny window)...and considering how many promo items don't let you put them in bags (anymore), I tend to have a lot of slots that are essentially permanently filled...
How about an arti bag for only promo items, to safely stick in all the stuff that won't go into normal bags? The whalest of whale purchases, to show off how whale you are. (And also you can use the items from the bag? Please?)

Player API:
- Include Hacking/Captaincy level.
- Remove 'age' field, as it's not accessible anywhere properly IC and rejuvenation allows people to conceal their age for RP reasons.
Space obstacle & race courses that grant captaincy experience.
Space obstacle courses & race courses that grant captaincy experience.
I read that someone wanted to raise captaincy without fighting. Proper maneuvering is as big a part of captaincy as combat and the resource economy, so I think we should get captaincy experience for skillful displays of maneuvering. Specifically, single-person timed obstacle courses where you race the clock to maneuver a tricky course randomly filled with obstacles you must avoid and some you can destroy OR race courses where you race other players in tournaments.
Benefits:
- A method of gaining captaincy experience without combat.
- Incentives for new players to practice their ship movement, indirectly encouraging them to set up ship reflexes.
- A new ship spec will emerge, the racing ship, along with mods geared for racing.
- Growth of the player economy due to racing ships and the racing tournaments.
Negatives:
- Reflexes will pretty much be required to participate realistically.
- Difficult to implement.
Re: Artifact Ideas
I don't do names. Some boring staples that I'm surprised aren't already here:
- Expanded ally/enemy lists
- Increased movement speed (rooms per hurry delay)
- Forced movement resistance
- Pack/satchel with larger capacity

Hence ineffectual space vaginas. They aren't like normal vagina's they are ineffectual.

Nexus Improvement
Hello! I'm a long time mudlet user, who's taken for resolution to build my stuff from scratch on Nexus when playing Starmourn. This is mostly because I've been using my phone to log in much more than before, since my play times change too drastically.
I've noticed two things: I am incredibly reliant on buttons to replace my F keys, and thus need to use those same six buttons differently in different situations. The system allows us to alter the label, or the command, highlight and unhilight, along with restore to default. However, I wonder if it would instead be possible to make those buttons change scripts, or call functions too at the very least. This would allow for more detailed scripting in my opinion.
Also, captaincy is basically unplayable on mobile (and on screenreaders too). In my case, I wonder if it would be possible to add a spaceship control panel as a tab that goes under the map, with buttons to turn, control engines, and maybe activate / deactivate modules. Targetting and firing would be a plus, too.

Re: The Dank Crystal (Ta'Deth Crystal Thread)
I for one welcome our free market captialism overlords.
Re: The Dank Crystal (Ta'Deth Crystal Thread)
You already convert crystals into vouchers when you turn them in. 5 = 1 voucher. Being able to convert vouchers back into crystals is not a good idea, because then you'd really have far too many crystals than you'd ever need, which would yet again lead into the cache stagnation issue described above.
Edit: To clarify, I'm not against selling crystals, vouchers, items to people. That could all create/facilitate RP and conflict. What I'm against is being able to store them in shops indefinitely. If people absolutely want to sell them through shops rather than the 'black market', then I'd strongly advise them just being immune to the nondecay thing that normally applies to items in shops.

Re: Quality of Life Wishlist
Marriage status not showing 'Divorced' or god forbid 'Divorced (x)' would be amazing, since I don't see a reasonable function for it except marking people with badges of 'shame' or something, which is a pretty outdated concept. Shit happens and you shouldn't be labeled for it.

Re: Good Vibrations!
Really enjoying the recent PvP and the lack of OOC drama surrounding it. So thanks to everyone involved.
