Re: Cloning rooms, safe or not?
I don't think the cloning room should be abused in this manner to avoid combat. I think that when someone has just recloned, they should gain an immunity to combat that lasts up to five minutes after they've left the cloning room, or until they've left the station. But you shouldn't be able to just run in there and consider yourself safe, that's abuse of the intentions of the system.

Not just for this party specifically, but in general: Celestine Ascendancy, I love you long time. Best faction. Super chill. CS 10 overall.
Shen players in general, I love how on point everyone is with the lore and cultural RP. It really helps my immersion and brings these characters to life for me. You're all great. Racial RP often seems optional in other games and among all the Shen character I've met so far, it rarely ever seems to be. And that makes me happy.
Special shout-out to @Viola and @Vaxis though because they're just fun players to be around. They never seem to act in any way that seems intended (or even unintended) to rain on anyone's parade, just super positive, upbeat, funny people, never ones to take themselves or their characters too seriously. (By which I mean, in their emotes they'll sometimes deliberately have their characters fucking up so others can laugh about it and don't do this whole glowing-I'm-always-perfect-worship-me-Mary-Sue.) These are qualities I admire. Mad respect. You're rainbow people.

I get bored & write random scripts. Nexus needs a lot more user-side scripts.
Monospaced display on Nexus can be aggravating at times. As far as I can see, there is no way to modify the monospaced output from Nexus itself. Monospec is a script for until this option is built into Nexus.

For those interested in learning Javascript, this miniscript has a few extra things including a neat way to remove&inject CSS rules without re-polluting the page, a simple example of Promises (deferred functions), and jQuery's AJAX method.
NB: I wouldn't swap the monospace font too frequently within one session as there is no way to clean up the pre-existing CSS rule without trawling through the page's HTML.

While I wasn't there for the whole event, it was nice to see a bunch of people from different RP backgrounds and experience come together and socialize and have fun.

Don't recommend making the same choices for everyone (I've gotten quite a bit of flak for it), but so far having one foot in each of two factions has lead to some really fascinating interactions and RP that I seriously doubt I would have had otherwise. It feels like new life has entered my character and for my experience in Starmourn in general, and I'm feeling it for sure
