I don't understand why tells support emoticons but faction channels don't and it's really bothering me and I hope it's a bug.

Not every place is somewhere where you can easily escape. Avoid space stations if you're worried, perhaps?

It gets a lot better at higher level though, when you get more valuable pieces of junk and the cost of IEDs becomes a lot smaller percentage to your overall take.

We can add shrapnel when we're constructing now. I don't think it increases balance costs.

The funny thing is I think they ALSO did that. It definitely feels longer than before. I might be that the delay is the same, and it's 1.5s now.

Like I said, @Arsentar, it seems to scale with internal damage. If I use weakening ammo, at around 30-40% health they'll be bind-able.

On an unrelated note, DAZED is the odd affliction out in Infused ammo for Scoundrel. All the other afflictions do 0 subsys damage and stack and have requirements, but dazed does not. It doesn't stack, it does 1.5% subsys damage, and it has no req. T…

This would be 20 times more useful if it was labeled.
EDIT: Like I can't deny it's gorgeous, but I also find it much more difficult to use than just VOIDGATE NEAREST and VOIDGATE SHOW a few times. -

Scoundrels do. It looks cool, but I think it's a bit glitchy in that certain killprogs don't seem to work when you kill the mob with a insta rather than just raw damage.

Maybe Engineers and Beasts have it boring, but I'm liking the small variety I have between using regular ammo and weaken ammo and pushing for the instant kill and timing unloads on things. In which case, sorry for your loss.
