Just for the record, cloning doesn't get more expensive when you die, that number is just for your own amusement. It does, however, scale on your level.

A small QOL tweak, I removed the part cost from constructing a workstation, preventing people from being in a vicious cycle of needing parts but not being able to make a workstation.

Wetwiring will regen health for a minimum of 50, in order to help newbies out. So the regen stat was working, but you were always getting bumped up to 50 for being below the threshold.
