Can't create Character.

Sorry to add more to your plate when you already have plenty, but it seems I can't even create a character let alone use my account.

Edited to clarify: Every time I attempt to create a character on my mobile phone, I am prompted to enter a password and forced to reconnect upon inputting anything. Even after clicking the reconnect like and being prompted to create a new Character, I am still asked for a new password. Can anyone prescribe the issue I'm having?

    Have you tried nexus to make your character?

    I'm not quite sure what you mean by that, unless there's a way to install the client directly. Either way I'm unable to do that right now.

    Make sure to use NEW when you first connect to start character creation; if you just enter a name immediately, it probably assumes you're trying to log in as that character, and disconnects as soon as you enter the wrong password.
