Adding additional information to ISSUE after the first reply

I am involved in an issue and wanted to append additional details via ISSUE REPLY, but I can't add another reply. Is there another venue for addressing this?

    Turns out that reading HELP ISSUE is a good idea. It says you can email support@starmourn.com regarding issues and I've done so.
