I have killed him many times until now but I do not find the keys to continue my quest. Any idea ?

    It's not a physical key item, you just kill him and go back to your slave friend to continue the quest.

    There was a key to give to the slave. Otherwise it may have changed.

    I managed to complete the quest after revisiting the slaves. The quest restarted and then, after killing the slave master, I found the key in my inventory. I had to give the key to the slave to free herself.
