Since most autofactories and refineries will be refunded, would you allow a one-time free relocation of your cargo from remote planets to a central station? Perhaps a command like COMMODITY TRANSFER ALL HERE

Yeah, I've been using market orders to accomplish hauling contracts so far.
Consider the following "nice to haves":
MARKET CONTRACT <#> <cargo> AT <station> TO <person> FOR <price> - to form a contract of goods to a single person.
MARKET CONTRACT LIST
MARKET CONTRACT ACCEPT <id>
MARKET CONTRACT CANCEL <id>
MARKET HAULCONTRACT <#> <cargo> AT <station> TO <station> FOR <fee> <collateral>
- Just one problem being that knowledge of hauling contracts could allow targeted pirating, even by the hauling contract issuer.

And just a curiosity question --- is shipmodding going to be part of upcoming economy/tradeskills development, or is viewed as a further-on-down-the-road type of thing once other aspects of the game are in place?

All i want is a cigarette analogue, i miss having some mighty fine smokeables for my characters to interact with. Leesa isn't what i'm looking for. I mean I could just RP having one but y'know... props are useful.

I feel like I wasn't exactly clear here: I don't mean spawning low-level armor/weapons, I mean spawning low-end equipment and weapons AT your level. So like 14.5% across the board for light armor, 9000 power weapon (at level 75) for example.
Otherwise I actually agree with you @Cubey, sort of. I feel like inactive player equipment not decaying means that people who aren't actively playing can pop in once in a while with a super set of gear and do some wild shit, then bounce again. It removes the transience, it breaks the flow entirely. I say this as someone who left for a while and came back and lost some really good equipment just after popping back around, too: yeah, it was annoying, but also it's the way the game is designed. We're not supposed to have our Good Shit forever, we're supposed to work for it.
