So "heavily damaged" for muscular means below 50%? And how do you know you've done spool enough? -
Yep, just disable the original numbpad package and it will automatically adjust in space. END also switches between the two.

(Quote) Under Nexus settings, while logged in, there is the "Reflex Packages" tab. On the bottom half of that page under "Import Reflex Package", you can either drag the file on to that grey box, or click the box and select it in explorer.

I agree that it's an overblown issue, but let people have their filter. I'd rather be censored by one person than lose that person from this wonderful little game.
