Re: Lets talk about Nanoseers abilities. Nanoseer General
Just a small QoL idea, it'd be handy to have a way to refresh pointzero and speedup.
Depending on how my bashing goes they seem to be ending mid way through on the third or fourth mobs but I can't just quickly refresh them til they're done.
Maybe a traveller ability to reverse time a little bit for them? Could have a sanity cost and maybe require that you're out of combat if being able to refresh them might cause issues in combat.

Re: Grinding to max level
Questing exp has been bumped up recently (and it's really noticeable!). Variation (bashing, questing, maybe even incursion-ing) might make the grind less mind-numbing.

Re: Grinding to max level
Yeah I've got Sabaton on right now and I'm just taking my time. The problem is my biggest concern is that if I don't hit max level in a reasonable amount of time I won't be relevant to my faction; which has been my experience in Achaea and Imperian.

Re: Grinding to max level
If you find it boring, don’t do it. There are more important things in life.
If you reach the point where a game starts to feel like work, you’ve defeated the purpose of playing it. It’s supposed to be fun. There’s no rule that says you have to keep chasing the highest level. Find out what makes the game fun for you, and do that instead.

Re: Refinery Fees
I did say there's a distinct possibility I'm stupid. A few hours of sleep later and I'm appalled at my own behavior. I sincerely apologize for my tone (if not my mistakes as that's how i learn). Thank you for the education.
Though I am slightly concerned that newbies will be shafted by rising prices wrought by the market rising due to lack of miners. May I suggest that up until level 20 or so SF supplies remain a thing, to shield them from rising prices and make the level 15 main story quest less insurmountable in the event the market swings towards more expensive.

Grinding to max level
A question to those who are already 50+. How do you do it? In my youth I could grind no problem, but now it just seems mind numbing. Do you have things you do to entertain yourself while you're trudging through it?
I had to take a break due to life and I've fallen behind. Just curious!

Re: Refinery Fees
Yes @saturnine, I think they've mentioned that. But that's the bandaid that @Crorr is talking about isn't it?
If ship forges no longer stock these items, your only option becomes buying the 2k mark repair kits we can currently make. I'm throwing a random number there, but IIRC it is more expensive than that. This is prohibitively expensive for newbies in the main quest (and really most people everywhere else).
If autofactory costs are brought down, or batch sizes per unit brought up (ie make 100 repairkits for 15 transteel instead of 15 for 15), then player made kits can be affordable. They might even end up being cheaper or the same price as shipforge kits. Then it doesn't matter if the bandaid is there or not, you've made it obsolete by bringing costs down. You can just remove it whenever and nobody is harmed, as cheap supply will be plentiful with low costs.

Re: About Space and Ship PK
Except insurance doesn't cover vitals like astromechs, repair kits, scoops, and ammunition. Also, I'm not sure why you think pk rules would change in a situation in which you have MORE to lose.
If "I'm mugging you for your junk" doesn't fly on land, why would "I'm space mugging you for your space junk"?
